Hello,
I am checking which FW1 and FW2 each is working on CCG3 with Configuration Utility.
I heard if CCG3 is reset or powered on after power off, FW is toggled.
However, on Configuration Utility, my FW is not changed no more even if I reset and power on.
So let me know when the FW is toggled, and let me know the condition of the toggle.
Best regards,

Hello,
> CCG3 is reset or powered on after power off, FW is toggled.
Unfortunately, It is not true.
To put it simply, latest programmed firmware will be load.
FW1 is programmed while running FW2, FW1 will run after reset or power off&on.
FW2 is programmed while running FW1, FW2 will run after reset or power off&on.
Both FW1 and FW2 are programmed, FW2 will run after reset or power off&on.
You can confirm the running Firmware by "Running mode" on "Read from Device" or "Firmware Update" of EZ-PD Configuration Utility.
In case of following picture, FW2 is running.
