Hello Geetha,
FX2LP cant act as a OTG host. For configuring FX3 as 2.0 OTG host, please refer to the following Application Note. Please note that you can only connect MSC or HID class devices as peripherals.

why we need to connect only HID or MSC devices?why cannot CDC class ?

Hello Geetha,
FX3 supports only the above mentioned classes for peripherals in 2.0 OTG Host mode, please refer to the datasheet for more details.
