            The thermal resistance values in regards to the S29GL064S70BHI040 (VBK-048) and S29GL064S70TFI040 (TS-048)

            are as follows:

             

            VBK-048 (48-ball FBGA) package :

              - theta j-a =  39 degrees C/W

              - psi j-t =  5 degrees C/W

              - typ. current =  53mA

              - typ. voltage =  3.0V

              - typ. Pd =  159 mW

              - absolute max. junct. temp. =  125 degrees C (do not operate FLASH at 125C; operation is not guaranteed).

              - max. Operating junct. temp. =  91.2 degrees Celsius  (based at max ambient of +85C).

             

            ** Please do not confuse absolute maximum junction temperature as maximum Operating junction temperature

             

             

            TS-048 (48-pin TSOP) package :

              - theta j-a =  45.8 degrees C/W

              - psi j-t =  17 degrees C/W

              - typ. current =  53mA

              - typ. voltage =  3.0V

              - typ. Pd =  159 mW

              - absolute max. junct. temp. =  125 degrees C (do not operate FLASH at 125C; operation is not guaranteed).

              - max. Operating junct. temp. =  92.28 degrees Celsius (based at max ambient of +85C).
