Hi,

In my company we have a product that uses this CI to monitor touch buttons. We configure it with desired sensibility and threshold, using a customized software. We have hundreds of it running.

Some of the CI, after successfully running for a while, got some registers modified, including i2c address to 0x00 in most cases, but others keep with the configured values (e.g. SENSOR_EN). I found this weird because the CRC should be incorrect and not allow any random modification. Could this be any noise?

Which tool you use to configure the MBR3110, ez-click or the other mcu?

If you use the other mcu, you need to flow the below chart.
