Can you please post your complete project so that we all can have a look at all of your settings. To do so, use
Creator->File->Create Workspace Bundle (minimal)
and attach the resulting file.
After the ADC_SelectConfiguration(1,0) you need an additional ADC_DelSig_1_Start(); See description of the API.
There is a newer version of the ADC. Consider updating the components using Creator -> Project -> ...
