I´m using a PSOC 1 EVAl kit cy3210 with Psoc Designer 5.3 and programmer 3.27.

I used an support post from the forum to get the 64-bit drivers for Windows 8,

but i can´t power the board, because of driver issues.

Mainly there is no led which is working.

Is the psoc broken or is it only a driver issue?

Thanks in advance

Is the light on the Programmer on? Have you hit the reset button? Have you tried it on another computer?

Did you press the power button on the programmer screen.

Thanks for replying.

Light on the programmer was off.

I tried to reset with the button.

Didn´t try another computer.

At least, i´ve managed to power up the board, by using a 9V battery.

The factory test programm with potentiometer and adc voltage printing on

the lcd is working.

Seems that i can´t programm or power up the board with the minprog,

unless the power led on the prog is on now with the battery.

But its the same issue with the undetected usb device.

If i connect the miniprog with usb, the red power light of the miniprog

needs to be on right?

So i can imagine, that the minprog is broken?

Or are there special drivers for WIN10 and the power light is on only,

if the prog and pc can communicate properly?

PSoC Programmer 3.27 is compatible with Windows 10. Try opening the PSoC Programmer application, and check if MiniProg is listed in the Port Selection box on the top left of the PSoC Programmer Window. You can also toggle the power and check if MiniProg's Target Power LED toggles.

Thanks,
