How much is the bcm20737s's threshold valtage?
Does it have hysteresis?

I don't think it is in the Module reference.  It is in the bcm20737 Datasheet, which is available on the Broadcom Wiced website.  Document number 20737-DS100-R,

It's hidden away on page 33 in table 13.  There is a gap between the high and the low specification, and the actual crossing threshold is presumably somewhere in the middle of the gap, so yes, there is allowance for hysteresis if I understood the question correctly.
