hello -

we have not been able to complete the enumeration process with our board (but we do succeed with Cypress Evaluation board) and while checking we saw that the VREG pin is at 4.0V instead of the expected 3.3V. can it give a hint to the source of the problem ? the VREG pin only drives the CY7C65642 and its EEPROM, and the EEPROM VCC pin was dis-connected (and of course the required capacitors + DA 10K pullup.

thank you YYCA -

after we removed tghe soldered device we found out that there was a manufacturing failure and so the EPAD = pin 29 was not soldered !

it is interesting to add that the device XTAL was oscilating properly and the device even replied with the K-CHIRP foloowing SE0 command !
