We are already aware of this issue which occured because of the NetX/NetX_Duo NS stack upgrade.
Workaround: Don't reinitialize the DHCP in wiced_network.c for the NS you are using. For 188.8.131.52, comment out the line nx_dhcp_reinitialize( &DHCP_HANDLE( interface ) ); in wiced_network.c (line #1266) for your NS. You should be able to see the ethernet interface up and running.
