I've been told SDK 6.1 Release does add 802.11r (fast BSS transition). Specifically, radio firmware version 7.79.2 adds it for 43364/4343W and 126.96.36.199 firmware adds it for 43340. I don't have the version info handy for 43907. Are you inquiring if it's supported, or are you having troubles getting it to work?
Your reply tells the qestion but not the answer.
The CHANGLELOG.txt mentioned "enable 802.11r support" for 4343*/43364/43340,
but it does not mention the 802.11r support for 4390x/54907.
So does 4390x/54907 support 802.11r?
And a follow up question: do you have standard steps to test 802.11r roaming?
(so people can test if it really work for 4343*/43364/43340.)

Yes. We test with Cisco equipment:
- CISCO 2500 series WLC
- (three) 802.11r supported CISCO AP's
Unfortunately I cannot share the internal test-setup document, as it may raise more questions than it would solve. Most of the content is screen-shots of CISCO's configuration setup. I suggest you check with Cisco. Sorry. snmo
