Please refer to the answer of this topic https://community.cypress.com/thread/13828 . I think it is covering the expected throughput. As far as I know form ANs and personal experience it should be 10 packets / interval at 7.5 ms but if you use a smartphone as peer this may depend on their specification as well. Please refer also to this link, https://punchthrough.com/blog/posts/maximizing-ble-throughput-on-ios-and-android, where it is stated that Iphone devices have 4 packets per connection and some android phones have 6 packets per connection.
