I have custom PCB with 5 pin programming. Once I was able to program. But now I get the following error while programming using PSOC programmer (updated).
| Programming Terminated
| Detected SiliconID: "FF FF 13 AA" is not in database
While programming on the PSOC Creator I get an errot
Warning: dbg.M0039: There was an error running port acquire: Can not acquire SWD device!
Any idea if this problem can be solved?

Hi John,
1. Try to use another MiniProg3 to have a try again.
2. Double-check if there are any caps on SWD trace and remove them.
3. Double-check if SWD_SDA, SWD_SCLK and XRES are connected correctly.
3. Use shorter cable to connect MP3 and device.
4. Which device(MPN) are you using?

Ryan,
I have tried miniprog3 and kitprog but could not. Do we need to connect external 3.3V power or is it taken from USB? I tried to connect 3.3v also.
Connections are checked to be correct. No caps on SWD and the wires are short (only 4in long)
The MPN is
CY8C4248LQI-BL583 |
The programmer is labeling as Cortex-M0 and could not be recognized for programming.
ThanksJohn
