Hi Yamakoshi-san,

No. Both GL-P and GL-S family series have no internal pull-up on VIO pin.

Thanks,

Nada

Yamakoshi-san,

Do you mean is it okay to leave the VIO pin open/floating?

If this is your question, the answer is no.

The VIO pin is an input control signal, and as a good design practice,

all input control signals should not be left open.

Therefore, if the VIO function is not desired, it should be connected to VCC.
