Cypress FX3 USB streamerExample device malfunctioning

Hi,

We have SDR host board with Cypress USB cable connected to PC, In most of the lab machines it works well just by installing cysub3.0 driver.

But the issue here is when we connect to laptop sometimes the "Cypress FX3 USB StreamerExample device" is shown with exclamation yellow mark in device manager.

We tried installing cypressDriver but it did'nt help, Any idea how to fix this issue.

Hi,

If the issue occurs "sometimes" it might be due to a fault with the laptop. You can confirm this by trying that device on other laptops of the same model.

Hi Madhu,

Thanks for the quick response!!

The device works well on the other PC's, I have same configuration on my

laptop (New dell ultrabook). Also we observed this as a generic issues with

laptop having Win10 OS.

If required we can have a short webEx session, will explain the setup.
