Bluetooth Declaration ID

Hi,

We are using the Cypress CYW20737S (Broadcom BCM20737S) in a few our products, same design implementation.

I need to know whether we need to purchase a Bluetooth Declaration ID for this BLE pre-qualified design.

We don't use any Bluetooth logo, trademarks or similar on our products, for that matter.

Do we still need to declare our Bluetooth product and purchase an ID (using the Cypress CYW20737S QDID)?

Somewhat dated, but I believe this information to still be applicable: Do I need to register separately with the Bluetooth SIG to use the Bluetooth logo in my product?
