      hi folks,

      CC: jone_yi_1844281 and wartix_fr

Per this thead: How to use Particle.io's Photon as a WM-N-BM-09 evaluation tool

I used the platform files in the directory BCM943362WCD4 for programming an modified Photon Board.

      Testing with the snip.scan:

With WICED SDK 4.0.10.14 everything works like expected:

      Starting WICED v4.0.1

      Platform BCM943362WCD4 initialised

      Started ThreadX v5.6

      Initialising NetX_Duo v5.7_sp2

      Creating Packet pools

      WWD SDIO interface initialised

      WLAN MAC Address : E0:4F:43:05:25:F8

      WLAN Firmware    : wl0: Oct  6 2016 01:32:44 version 5.90.230.15 FWID 01-51b94237

      Waiting for scan results...

        # Type  BSSID            RSSI  Rate Chan  Security        SSID

      ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

        0 Infra  (off-chan)300.0  10  WPA2 AES  PSK

        1 Infra  (off-chan)300.0  10  WPA2 AES  PSK

With WICED SDK 5.1.0.52 there's something broken:

      Starting WICED v5.1.0

      Platform BCM943362WCD4 initialised

      Started ThreadX v5.6

      Initialising NetX_Duo v5.7_sp2

      Creating Packet pools

      Waiting for scan results...

        # Type  BSSID            RSSI  Rate Chan  Security        SSID

      ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The same problem occurs with a BCM9WCD9EVAL1-5 board, with later SDKs the snip-scan doesn't work.

Any hints in which direction I should search the error?
