Hello,

Just want to find an Energy harvesting PMIC for Excelitas CaliPile.

http://www.excelitas.com/Downloads/IR_Innovations_Brochure.pdf

I've found S6AE103A.

Can it provide 3.3V/15μA for Calipile ? or any other recommendation?

Best Regards,

Hi,

The S6AE103A can supply the current from 0-mA to 10-mA (Normal Mode), and from 0-mA to 0.1-mA (Standby Mode). The information is available in the datasheet, so it can provide 15uA for your application.

Thanks,

Yuva.
