Hello! I did personal board with FX3 CYUSB3014. Connection with computer is via cable USB2.0. But chip CYUSB3014 is not shown in hardware monitor.

I think thhat problem can be in different voltages in VIOx. I use:

========

VIO1=3.3

VIO2=3.3

VIO3=3.3

VIO4=3.3

========

VIO5=1.8

Is it correct? Or all VIOx must be the same: VIO1=VIO2=VIO3=VIO4=VIO5?

What can I view in addition?

Hi Evgeniy,

VIO5 can operate at different voltage level than VIO1-4.

The enumeration issue can be because of a large mismatch in the trace lengths of USB lines.

You can refer to the FX3 Hardware design guidelines AppNote to make sure that the board design is correct:

VIO5 can operate at different voltage level than VIO1-4.

The enumeration issue can be because of a large mismatch in the trace lengths of USB lines.
