Hello,
I'm using BLE-Beacon PC software for CYALKIT-E02.
In my 3D view window, the default background picture is all greyed out, isn't displayed as a floor map.
I'm using it with Windows 10 pro & ThinkPad X260.
Is there any requirement other than written in the User Guide?
Best regards,
Nori Shinozaki

Fukawa-san,
Really appreciated your advice.
I checked the "Theme" and I'm using one of Windows Standard Themes.
I tried to upgrade Intel Graphics Driver.
I think the Aero is ON, but no help.
The issue happens not only in my ThinkPad X260, but also in my co-worker's ThinkPad X260.
I found one of our coworkers is using 1 generation older ThinkPad than ours.
I asked him to install the tool and found out the issue doesn't happen in the older PC.
Here is the differences in Intel HD Graphics specs between OK and NG PCs.
OK: ThinkPad X250/Windows 10
NG: ThinkPad X260/Windows 10
The GUI tool might need to be built with OpenGL/CL, DirectX versions for Intel HD Graphics 520.
Best regards,

Hi Shinozaki-san
If your PC graphic setting called "Aero Thermes" was disabled, the issue will perhaps be occurred.
To enable the setting, please select any Aero Themes from "Personalization" settomg.
Refer to attached picture.
