There are for sure no rejections regarding any country, you can be quite sure of that.
Are you able to logout and login again? Do you use any country specific characters in your user name or password?

I had tried several times log-out and log-in operation. But, i can not see mycase anyway. Our local support office and their colleagues from Europe think that there may a problem cypress network background.
