    Problem about creating support case



      I can not create "my case" in my profile page since beginning of the this week. When i try to create any case or seeing my previous case, i take error message like below:


      "Sorry, we couldn't log you in… please try again or contact http://www.cypress.com/webform/website-support


      We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and for your understanding."


      I had sent my problem web support. But, anyone has not returned to me or solved problem , yet. 


      Do you have any idea about root reason of this problem ? Can be related my country(turkey) network?
