EZ-USB driver came with the installation software of our Ambios XE-70 unit does not work on Windows 7.
Ambios manual gives installation procedure for EZ-USB Anchor Panel. However the driver on the CD works for Windows Vista and not on Windows 7.
Could you please tell us where we can get the EZ-USB Anchor Panel installable for Windows 7?

When you say EZ-USB driver I assume you're talking about ezusb.sys. If so please look at http://www.cypress.com/?app=forum&id=167&rID=42437

In Windows 7 64-Bit, the driver installation fails saying that there is no compatible driver found. Any updates to this?
Thanks,

Hi,
How did you try this? Place both inf and sys file in the same folder and when the device comes up point to this folder. Which driver are you using?

Hi,
The CyUSB.sys that comes with SuiteUSB 3.4.7 should work fine with FX2. What is th error message that you are seeing in device manager? Have you added the VID / PID entry for FX2 in the CyUSB.inf? Which is the OS that you are using? Are you using the inf from the appropriate folder as per the OS?

Gayathri

Hi ,
By default FX2LP (Cy7c68013A) has the VID/PID 04B4/8613(for all packages). You can change the VID/PID by programming the FX2LP
For more details refer the application note in the link http://www.cypress.com/?rID=34253

We got also an old Ancore AN2131Chip and actually it's used under Win7-32 bit still with very driver for W2K.
Under WinXP everthing seems to work Ok , but now using it with Win7 it seems, that there are some unexpected problems with the USB interface.
Where can we find/download suitable driver or which driver is recommanded by Cypress for that chip?
Or is there a pin compatible chip available?
Thanks a lot!

Hi,
AN2131Chip is a obsolete part and we don't have drivers for that part.
You can try with the drivers provided with FX2LP DVK http://www.cypress.com/?rID=14321.
After installing you can get the drivers in the path "C:\Cypress\USB\CY3684_EZ-USB_FX2LP_DVK\1.1\Drivers".
Regards.
