        Hi Support team,   
   
My name is "Shaik", I am new to "Embedded Systems". I have confused with few components of "CY3210 MiniProg1 MiniEval1" so can you please clarify my doubts?   
   
   
I have highlighted few components of "CY3210 MiniProg1 MiniEval1" with "red colored boxes" in the attached JPG file so can you describe me what actually they are? and what the purpose of those?

Connector J1-------port 2 is brought out   
Jumper JP1--------Vcc selection for 8 pin or 20 pin device   
Connector J2------ISSP connector for programming purpose   
R6 is trim pot

Thank you Brijiesh. Now i have cleared about what they are but I don't know what's the functionalities of those.   
   
1) You have specified that   
   
Connector J1-------port 2 is brought out

R6 is trim pot   
   
but what It's actual purpose or functionality of those "Connector J1" , "Jumper JP1" , "R6"?   
   
2) What do you mean by "POT" ? Is there any abbreviation for "POT"? and what is the core functionality of "POT"?   
   
3) Can i directly connect to "Connector J2 (ISSP)" without using "PSoC MiniProg"? I mean can i connect the board directly from my PC? If so how can i do that?

Hi Shaik,

Trim Pot word I used for variable resistor.

Please refer schematic.

To understand other basic stuff I recommend you to go through PSoC basic trainings.
