jtag connection failure

I connected my jtag probe, IAR JLINK yellow box, to BCM20737_TAG board, but the connection was failure. Is that the probe's problem which is not original segger box?

It looks like you are using the IAR toolchain version of JLINK, which is technically possible, but also untested and unsupported.
