I get a strange exception when I navigate the menu items of PSoC Creator. It used to work fine before but now I see this every time I open a meny item.

I run it on Win7 x64.

Hi Dan,

please file a support request with our support team. Actipro is one of the tools we use to generate Creator. This should proceed through our official support channel to have the issue fixed.

Open your browser and go here: http://www.cypress.com/go/support

In the center block with the headline "Support", check out the bottom right "Tech Support" and "Create a case".

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I have the same problem.
Every time, when I try to open a menu, a figure opens and there is the same failure message like you can see above.

Is there any solution for this problem so far?

Welcome in the forum, Hauke.

This thread is about 5 years old, so better create a new one.

Which version of Creator are you running, current is 3.3 SP2.

PS Where in Germany are you located? I live near Bremen.
