Power saving techniques using PSoC 1 sleep

First and foremost method is to use the M8C_Sleep macro. This powers down the internal main oscillator (IMO), flash memory, and the bandgap voltage reference.

      The other power saving techniques:

      1. Disable Analog Block References

      2. Disable Analog Buffers

      3. Disable CT/SC Blocks

      4. Set GPIO Drive Modes to Analog HI-Z
