Can you specify what you want to do?
Some thing such as the following:
What is the other program?
Where is the other value stored?
How is the other value accessed by PSOC?

Hanu,
the PSoC5 is programmed with a single C - program which is executing as long as power is applied to the chip.
You may store values in variables (RAM) or program values into flash memory.
So when you are more specific about the project you're trying to solve we could help or assist you better.

you can do it in hardware too, but as everyone is asking, more specifics are needed.
