windows 8 driver - cy7c68013a

I need driver for windows 8 for device cy7c68013a-56pvxc. Is there driver for this device ? There is a description of the driver of Windows7 in the following URL. Can we use the same driver ? http://www.cypress.com/?app=forum&id=167&rID=44581
