I am dealing with a communication protocol where PSoC is communicating with other microcontroller. I am receiving corrupt data or missing some data because of the clock variation.
Is it possible to give same clock of the other microcontroller as working /Main clock for PSoC?

Yes, you can route any external clock into PSoC via a pin using DSI. To do this route the clock via a pin. Connect the wire to the pin and name it. This wire appears in the "Digital Signal" section of clock edit window in DWR clock settings.
