I have slave fifo bulk mode. But FlagD is often working like this.

   

In this mode, I capture flagD working with Hsync.

       

Could you please let me know what am i supposed to fix this problems?

 Is it possible that you have not configured PINFLAGSCD ?

   

If you have not then, by default FLAGD is EP2PF, meaning FLAGD shows the status of EP2 according to the programmable level (which can be adjusted by writing to PF reagister)

       

Try reading more on PINFLAGSCD, EP2PF and PF register in the EZ-USB TRM.
