Hi everyone,
I just want to now if a PSoC 3 can be programed with a FT232RL and if it is, could you give me documentations?
Because the miniprog 3 is not really cheap for studen project and use a CY7C68013A-56LFXC is not really popular as a FT232RL.
Than you
Alex

Short answer: maybe.
Long answer: You will need a PSoC device preprogrammed with an UART bootloader. The FT232 is a USB-to-UART bridge. Maybe you meant the FT2232?
Alternatively, you can build a EZ-USB-FX1-based programmer by yourself: dangerousprototypes.com/forum/viewtopic.php . On the other hand, a FX2LP board is under 10$ on ebay. You won't get cheaper with a FTDI chip...
