Part CY8CTST242 not found in Designer 5.4

 I have just installed Designer 5.4 and tried to open a project given to me by someone else which has part CY8CTST242.  The project will not open.  When I open a new project and look for the part, it is not in the list.  Are there files available which can be added to the 5.4 install to allow this part to be used?

Looking at PSOC programmer also not listed. Looking at datasheet

   

do not see a core mentioned, maybe a non PSOC type part core ?

   

Did project use this as a peripheral to a processor  like another PSOC

   

1/3/4/5 ? In that case thats the part project should open under.

        I'm looking for detailed datasheet or information at all about CY8CTST242 but can't find one... I checked with PSoC Designer and there is nothing about that circuit. Best Regards, rofe
