If you have an FPGA handling the data stream, then its best if it also adds a timestamp to the data. FX3 can also do this but the resolution is one timer tick.

No. I mean timestamp at host side, when host receive a packet, it will timestamp it at host and show in host application. Is it possible?

Just get answer from Cypress. There is no way to timestamp the arrival of packet at host side.
