Windows 8.1 Home editoin troubles

      I installed the PSoC Creator on laptop with Windows 8.1  Home edition but I can not create new  or open existing projects.
My list of components is empty.
I receive a message that there is a problem with any cryptographic algorithm (FIPS?) In Windows 8.1 Home.

We had never an issue as yours before. So best would be to create a MyCase ang get help from a Cypress Engineer. To do so use at top of this page "Support & Community -> Technical support -> Create a MyCase".
