If I recall correctly PSOC 3 and 5LP have a silicon ID that dives down to the
wafer level. Not unique, only to the row on the wafer unique.
You might file a CASE to get the silicon ID (4 bytes) makeup, specifially
point out what you are trying to do.
To create a technical or issue case at Cypress -
“Create a Case”
You have to be registered on Cypress web site first.
I did a search through the TRM (MArch 2014, rev c) and cannot find those entities.
Which version TRM an dpage did you find them?
I should have explained a little better.
Those I found in PSOC 5LP Register TRM. So thought is
if you file a CASE maybe the equivalents are in the PSOC 4 ?
It's a longshot, but worth a try.
