Hello Everybody,
I am using the ADC DelSig and I am afraid that the input voltage exceeds the voltage range programmed in psoc Creator. For Example, lets suppose that the voltage range is +- 1.024 V and my input voltage is 3V. If this happen, the psoc circuit is going to be damaged?

No damage as long as the input confirms to 0v <= Vin <= Vdd. the conversion result has to be examined thoroughly since it does not reflect a valid value and (afaik) might even be negative.
