Two choices when programming the chips on the PCB:
Use a MiniProg3.
Get hands on a CY8CKIT-059 Prototyping Kit and use the snap-off programmer.
Both interfaces are the same using GND, Vtarg, scl, sda and XRES. Check the datasheets. MiniProg3 can be used by just plugging it to a 5 posts (2.54mm spacing) interface.
