Hello,
I am a newbie with programing, is there any way that i can use a comparator or opamp on psoc to detect zero cross? What i want to do is just feeding a sinewave signal in the input and receiving a zerocrossing signal at the output.
I appreciate your help.

You might have to offset the sine, so that it is in the range GND < sine < VDD.
The PSoC4 has got an IDAC which, together with a resistor, can be used to set the reference voltage for the comparator.
With an edge detector component following the comparator you have a signal that you can directly route to an output pin.
