I just design a pcb based on cyble10563 referenced CY5672 PROC remot controll. but it worked very well when the supply voltage is 1.8V, but the cyble10563 can not start whe the voltage regulator chip provides 3.3V. the chip are AP7333-18 and AP7333-33.

This could be a problem on the hardware itself/pcb design. Can you raise a technical support case from www.cypress.com -> Design Support -> Create a Support Case.

I had the same pb with a CY8C4247. The cause was pin VCCD that I connected to VDD. VCCD is an internal voltage with max value = 1.8V. It must not been connected to VDD.
