Error at #include while building the project

The error says no location was selected for binaries of the tool chain "ARM GCC GENERIC". I have entered location of the folder where PSoC creator files are located. The screenshot of the error is attached herewith. Could you suggest any solution for this error? I am using PSoC creator version 3.3.

Set Default Toolchain to "ARM GCC 4.9-... (Cypress provided)".
