is that i get 5 V output from DAC??
i set ref mux: (vdd/2)+/-(vdd/2)
still i got 4.62 highest value.

Try other setting : single ended, Vssa - Vdda. Anyway, it is unlikely there will be 5V exactly (the output won't reach the compliance voltage). One option would be using IDAC with external resistor (instead of VDAC) and slightly rising Vdda (5.1-5.2V) if possible.

but i IDAC available in some selected ic. i working on CYC824423A, CYC827443.
is that IDAC available in this ic?
