Hi,

I wanted to know which chip the CYUSB3KIT-003 board uses. all i managed to know by reading datasheets and application notes is that the chip is CYUSB301X, and it doesn't tell very much since some of the FX3 chips have 16 bit data bus width. you know, actually i want to use the board for transfering the ADC data that i read by an FPGA to PC , so i concerned about the actual throughput that i can get from the board.

It uses the CYUSB3014 part. This has 512 KB SRAM and up to 32 bit GPIF II bus width.

Thanks, By reviewing the notes and discussions over the actual value of data throughput , I can somewhat understand that for lengthy streaming purposes the value might be below 100 MTps , but what about the transfer of the tens of millions order. Is it safe to assume that in those cases you might achieve the theoretical throughput .
