Welcome in the forum.
My programmer version is 3.24.4, I suggest you to update.
You did not tell what board you are using, a Cypress Kit? Which one? What Programmer are you using? An on-board KitProg?
Close creator, start PSoC Programmer, select your program interface and check if it needs an update (which is quite common)
Update your program interface, unplug, reboot PC plug in again and wait until completely updated from internet.
Using a minikitprog. installed Psoc programmer 3.24.4.
symptom is same.
one more question as follow;
This phenomenon should not download the firmware at boot time after a power on/off.
There is no "minikitprog". There is a Miniprog3 and a Kitprog Which one are you using?
You did not tell what board you are using, a Cypress Kit? Which one? Exact CY8C-number, please
What connections did you make to the board?
chip full name is CY8C4126LTQ-M445 . using kitprog USB.
Firmware is not download the using kitprog USB adapted CY8C4126LTQ-M445 Board.
You are answering only part of my questions to help you, probably a language barrier, I am not natively English speaking.
I was not asking for the chip, that you wrote in your initial post.
I asked for the board (PCB) and whether it is a Cypress kit or a self-made one.
Which connections did you make (if it is not a Cypress kit ) between Kitprog and board under test.
I understood. i am sorry.
using self-made pcb not cypress kit. Tests and continuously unplug&plug between kitprog and pcb.
but not join.
this is appear message. "PSOC Creator Error dbg M0023:psoc programmer reported error(102-Failed to erase the flash)"
and "PSOC Creator error dbg M0023: there was an error while programming the device: connection with device lost during
programming. Verify the device is connected and try again"
Verify that your kitprog is still functioning by connecting it to the device where it has been snapped off.
If that works, the error must be in the hardware of your self-made target board. Inspect, check and measure all connections of the PSoC.
