MPS- maximum payload unit. It gives the maximum dta that L2Cap layer can accept from low layers.
MTU->maximum transmission unit(maximum SDU). it gives the maximum data the upper layers can accept from L2Cap.
One of the main functionalities of L2Cap is segmentation and fragmentation.
In basic l2Cap channel there won't be any segmentation and fragmentation. In this case both MPS and MTU are same.
What is the meaning of credits here..?
Why it is calling as credit based flow control channel..?
If the channel is not a cbfc(means ordinary profile ATT channel),will it support segmentation and fragmentation..?
Thanks and Regards,
