No. A flash row is the smallest amount of data to write.
Hi Fidel, Which flash memory are you using in your project? On most of our flash products, you can write a single word. On some others, it is recommended to write 32bytes or 16bytes in one shot, since this will give a longer flash life cycle and better reliability of your data. Best regards, Bacem Cypress Engineering

I was thinking you were using one of our discrete Flash memories, not PSoC embedded ones.
