PSoC Programmer GUI not upgrading firmware.

I'm trying to upgrade my KitProg to the newest version. I'm using the PSoC programmer, clicking upgrade firmware, unplugging then replugging. It goes through the upgrade and reports a success, but then reports the same firmware version. Has anyone had this issue? I attached the programmer output.

Could you please tell me which Kit are you using ? Could you try doing it in another system ? We just want to confirm whether it is a software issue or a hardware issue ?

I was using the PSoC Pioneer 4000 kit.
