Design a device that transfers data via USB

Hello everyone. Could any one recommend a SMT memory storage chip (100 mb- 500 mb) that I could use with PSOC/PROC. I see there are good example of USD applications using CYC8KIT 042 BLE kit. Can I use these examples to build an application with any kind of storage?

Can you please clarify the application? If the memory is for datalogging we have an example project:https://github.com/cypresssemiconductorco/PSoC-4-BLE/tree/master/100_Projects_in_100_Days/Day026_HRM.... The example uses I2C based FRAM.
