Is it possible to fix the transmission frequency for the CYBLE-214009-00, or any Cypress device for that matter, or is that something closed off to developers?
Thank you,
Alex

BLE does frequency hopping, so you cannot fix it to one frequency.

Under the BLE component settings you can configure which of the three transmission channels it uses (limiting to only one will prevent frequency hopping iirc).

So I know that you can choose the advertising channel of the server, but wouldn't it go back to frequency hopping once in the connected state?

Yes, I believe it would. Hence, why @Hli said it isn't possible 🙂

Not your fault 🙂
My answer was worded poorly to begin with 😕
