Hi,

    We are a module manufacturer for Cypress PRoC modules.  We need a way to measure packet error rate during production tests.  We are using standard HCI commands such as  LE_Transmitter_Test, LE_Receiver_Test and LE_Test_End,  but they do not provide any RSSI nor packet error count information.  Is there any other HCI commands (mostly vendor specific in other platforms) in Cypress PRoC solutions that will provide those receive statistic data ?

Please help.

You could try opening a case with cypress support to get direct feedback on your question/case;

Otherwise, check out this similar thread post: http://www.cypress.com/forum/psoc-4-ble/ble-certification-receiver-blocking-setup

Thanks Anjana.   I have gone through similar sets of documentations long before, and knowing that Cypress is taking a proprietary commands approach for manufacturing support.   Since we have developed our own general BLE stack to drive different BLE platforms using standard HCI commands (as well as a few other vendor specific HCI commands), we have been expecting Cypress would have similar vendor specific HCI commands for its PRoC/PSoC platform.   Unfortunately, this is not the case.  Anyway, thanks for your support.  I'll see if I have some other ways to deal with it.

May I know how to used HCI tools/

Yeah, I'm doing a similar project. This information would be helpful. Thanks.
