Hello,
In our industry, the CYW20732S Single Chip Bluetooth Low Energy SoC goes a thermal shock process, where it reaches -60°C around 5 times in periods of 15 minutes. Checking its data sheet, the storage temperature rating goes from -40°C to +125°C. My question is, is this thermal shock process enough to compromise the chips integrity and reliability? What kind of failure should I expect at all?
Thank you in advance.

Hi @edbc7453 ,
As mentioned in datasheet, we have tested the chip with the temperature given in the datasheet. We are not sure about the problems occurring if chip goes out of the given temperature range.
